This 8-page article by two London-based Bloomberg journalists, one a senior writer, the other covering oil companies and OPEC, appeared in the monthly magazine Bloomberg Markets in February 2007. It focuses on the allegations by the BP consultant Derek Mortimore that the engineering company contracted to monitor the pipeline has no experience in pipeline corrosion work.
The Corner House received an advance copy of the article, which it sent to the UK's National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises 9 January 2007.
